What exaclty is an eBook?
An eBook is just a book, in the form of a file. Like a word document, but you can’t edit it. You view it on your monitor, or on other media devices. They still have all the normal features of a book like photo’s, chapters, and page numbers.

Why do I need an eBook reader?
Since eBooks are files, you need the nessesary applications to open them. They are typically free, and are useful for documents other than eBooks.

What kind of file are your ebooks?

The file type that eCommerce-eBooks.com uses is Portable Document Format (PDF). The reason for this is because PDF files are widley used, small in size, and have a large number of free viewers.

Where can I get an eBook reader?
There are actually a very large number of eBook readers free and paid. Here are some popular free ones:

Am I allowed to print copies of my ebook?
Yes absolutly, feel free to print out our eBooks, but don’t feel free to distribute or sell them to others.

How are ebooks delivered?
Your eBook is sent in an email. As long as your email address is correct, you won’t have any problems.

What if I accidentally delete the eBook?
Make a copy as soon as you get it, and put it on a cd, or other storage device for safe keeping. If however it does become lost, contact me and I will send it to the same email address that it was sent to originally.

Can I order it in paper instead?
Unfortunitly no, this eBook doesn’t have the option to be purchased on paper. You are welcome to print it out yourself though!
